What to Expect at Your First Visit

The first appointment at Florida Hearing Matters takes 60–90 minutes and includes:

1. A real conversation about your hearing concerns, your lifestyle, and what brought you in
2. An otoscopic exam to look inside the ear canals
3. A complete diagnostic hearing evaluation in our sound-treated booth
4. A walk-through of your audiogram in plain language
5. An honest discussion of your options — which may be “come back in a year,” “let’s try a hearing aid trial,” or “here’s what to watch for”
